Construction Material Testing is seeking a senior Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program. You will scope proposals, schedule field and lab crews, review reports before shipment, and keep projects profitable while keeping clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with true authority and accountability, managing budgets and invoicing while growing accounts through reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
