Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a seasoned Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program across concurrent projects. You scope proposals, price programs, schedule crews, review reports, and keep projects profitable while informing clients.

You’ll manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and tough conversations about failing tests, with authority and accountability, and travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• Certifications ICC, NICET, or ACI and technical credibility with field crews.
• Strong scheduling and client-facing skills under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
