Job summary

Independence Blue Cross, LLC is seeking a Sr. Data Insight & Reporting Analyst to join the Government Markets Reporting Team. The role focuses on data analysis and the development of reporting used by the CMS Star Ratings program.

You will partner with leadership to define requirements, analyze CMS Stars measures, build dashboards, and forecast performance, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a hybrid, tri-state workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS, Math, Stats, Public Health, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of data analysis experience.
• Experience in complex data environments with large data sets.
• Advanced SQL skills including complex queries and ETL tools like SSIS.
• Strong Tableau skills for dashboards and reporting automation.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to define business requirements for reporting and analysis.
• Analyze CMS Stars data including HOS, CAHPS, HEDIS, and Pharmacy measures.
• Perform statistical analysis, benchmarking, and quality rating forecasting.
• Program evaluation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements in Star performance.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data extracts.
