Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, HEDIS, or quality performance improvement.
• Advanced analytical skills including predictive modeling and large datasets.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights driving measurable outcomes.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of predictive models to identify members at risk of care gaps.
• Perform advanced statistical analyses to identify drivers of HEDIS performance variation.
• Develop segmentation strategies to target high-impact interventions.
• Design forecasting models to project HEDIS performance and simulate scenarios.
• Translate findings into recommendations for executives and operations.
