Qualifications

• 2+ years of CMP process ownership experience.
• BS or MS in Engineering or equivalent military experience.
• Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training.
• Willingness to learn Agentic AI to develop efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

• Understand and improve CMP processes to boost yield and quality.
• Collaborate with equipment and integration engineers to resolve issues.
• Lead projects to close yield, defectivity, and cost gaps.
• Drive SPC improvements across owned charts.
