Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho, seeks an experienced CMP Process/Equipment Senior Engineer to lead global teams and drive improvements across CMP processes and equipment.

You will collaborate with HVM sites, TD, and suppliers to advance technology roadmaps and deliver efficiency, quality and yield improvements. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects while aligning with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in CMP process/equipment
• Strong people and collaboration skills to lead globally across sites
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Engage HVM and TD and lead worldwide alignment efforts across technology to improve process effectiveness
• Promote worldwide BKMs sharing and transfer of area-specific domain knowledge
• Provide technical and hands-on support to HVM sites to create/deploy best solutions in Safety, Productivity, Cost of ownership, Process efficiency, Quality defense line and Yield improvements
