Job summary

Micron Technology invites a CMP Process/Equipment Senior Engineer to lead global teams in developing best practices and driving improvements in CMP. You will interface with High-Volume manufacturing sites, Technology Development, and Procurement to advance the technology roadmap and deliver impactful cost, quality, and yield gains.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5+ years of CMP experience, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to travel to Micron sites as needed.

• Strong people and collaboration skills to lead globally across sites.

Responsibilities

• Engage HVM and TD to align technology and improve process effectiveness.
• Promote BKMs sharing and transfer domain knowledge worldwide.
• Provide technical and hands-on support to HVM sites for Safety, Productivity, Cost of ownership, Process efficiency, and Yield improvement initiatives.
• Partner with suppliers to develop process and equipment roadmaps to meet Micron's technology roadmap.
• Prioritize and lead multiple projects based on Fab and corporate objectives.
• Keep collaborators informed of project status, progress, and roadblocks.
