Job summary

Aerospace Dynamics International, Inc. (ADI) in Valencia, CA is seeking a Level II CMM Inspector who can operate CMM scanners, program them, and help develop inspection processes to support aerospace manufacturing.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in aerospace inspections, strong print reading and model manipulation skills, and experience with MS Office, CATIA, and PC-DMIS. You will lead inspecting activities, generate formal reports, and mentor junior inspectors.

Qualifications

• Experience as Level II CMM inspector in aerospace.
• 5+ years of experience in aerospace inspections.

Responsibilities

• Operate CMM machines to validate dimensions to spec.
• Develop CMM programs with NC programmers.
• Full CMM setup, operation and programming.
• Read prints and manipulate digital models.
• Apply advanced mechanical inspection techniques.
• Use MS Suite, CATIA, and PC-DMIS for reporting.
