Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CMM programming and mechanical inspection.
• Proficiency with PC-DMIS, MCOSMOS, or similar software.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and aerospace drawing interpretation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CMM inspection programs for aerospace parts.
• Generate offline CMM programs for first article, in-process, and final inspection.
• Perform in-process, first article, and final inspections with CMM and manual inspection tools.
• Generate CMM programs for first-piece inspection and production validation.
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications to create inspection plans.
• Program to proper alignment strategies and datum structures.
