Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical specialties and 3–4 years in hardware/software configuration and troubleshooting.
• Deep knowledge of infrastructure design, cloud engineering, networking, performance tuning, debugging, and enterprise IT platforms.
• Certifications or ability to attain within 9 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead Discovery & CMDB integration: implement and optimize ServiceNow Discovery for comprehensive visibility of assets and applications.
• Drive innovation: pilot AI-driven solutions to automate CMDB governance and discovery processes.
• Solve complex challenges: provide expert-level troubleshooting for critical production issues and ensure reliable system performance.
• Plan & execute enterprise projects: design and deliver major IT infrastructure initiatives, including new technologies and critical upgrades.
• Collaborate & influence: partner with IT teams and vendors to assess risks, resolve issues, and shape technical standards.
• Mentor & elevate: train and guide team members, sharing expertise to build organizational capability.
