Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in a high-end hospitality, resort, or private-club environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality management, or related field; equivalent leadership experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee employee performance, coaching, training, and development across departments.
• Partner with General Manager to ensure coordinated planning and execution and create strong schedules and coverage.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, manage budgets, purchasing, inventory, and SOPs to ensure a consistent member experience.
• Develop and maintain a recruitment plan, mentoring teams and driving a service-focused culture.
• Coordinate events, member services, and overall club experiences while ensuring safety and compliance.
