Gozzer Ranch Golf & Lake Club is seeking a Director of Operations to lead day‑to‑day operations and coordinate efforts across departments. This role partners with the General Manager to align people, resources, and standards, delivering exceptional experiences for members, guests, and homeowners.

The ideal candidate has extensive leadership experience in upscale clubs, strong budgeting and team development skills, and a commitment to safety and quality service.

Qualifikationen

• Ten+ years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, resorts, private clubs, or similar settings.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage budgets, and deliver superior member experiences.
• Ability to communicate effectively with members, guests, and staff.

• Lead and coordinate day‑to‑day operations across club departments.
• Develop and manage budgets, staffing, and training programs.
• Uphold service standards and ensure exceptional member experiences across the property.
• Partner with GM, HR, and department leaders on recruitment, strategy, and operations.
