Job summary

Discovery Land Company seeks a Director of Operations for Gozzer Ranch in Idaho. This senior leader coordinates day-to-day execution across Club departments, partnering with the General Manager to align people, resources, and standards to deliver exceptional experiences for members, guests, homeowners, and employees.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead department leaders, set schedules, monitor performance, and drive development while upholding the club’s values and annual budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee department managers to ensure aligned execution across all operating areas.
• Set and communicate employee schedules for proper coverage across clubs and events.
• Monitor service performance and coach teams to uphold standards.
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical, scalable solutions across departments.
• Partner with General Manager and HR on talent development and seasonal staffing.
