Job summary

Discovery Land Company seeks a Director of Operations for Gozzer Ranch in Idaho to coordinate day-to-day execution across Club departments in partnership with the General Manager. You will translate club priorities into consistent performance, oversee staffing, budgets, and SOPs, and drive exceptional member and guest experiences.

This senior role leads multiple departments, drives service standards, and ensures safety, compliance, and timely operational execution while upholding company values

Qualifications

• Senior operations leadership experience in high-end hospitality or club environment.
• Ability to translate club priorities into consistent execution and service standards.
• Experience developing SOPs, training, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee department leaders to align priorities, plans, and events.
• Manage employee schedules, recruitment, and retention efforts in partnership with HR.
• Oversee budgets, inventory controls, and operating systems; ensure safety and compliance.
