Job summary

Fiserv, a global leader in Fintech and payments, seeks a Senior Product Support Advisor to lead Clover product adoption for Bank of America relationships and oversee end-to-end lifecycle activities.

You will serve as liaison across product, operations, and sales teams, present requirements to senior leaders, and support cross-functional projects. This on-site role in Alpharetta, GA requires about 15% travel and offers a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with merchant payments, POS solutions or fintech products in client-facing roles.
• 5+ years of cross-functional work with product, operations, commercialization and client relationship teams.
• Experience presenting product requirements and updates to senior leaders.
• Extensive knowledge of merchant payments and POS solutions; Clover experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between internal teams, Bank of America stakeholders, and technical resources to drive product enhancements and readiness.
• Serve as subject matter expert for Clover hardware, software and SaaS solutions.
• Build partnerships with the bank and internal teams to deliver product needs and value-added services.
• Expand product knowledge and adoption within the bank’s teams and internal support groups.
• Present product requirements and performance insights to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Support cross-functional project execution and product-related workstreams.
