Job summary

Fiserv is hiring a Sr. Product Manager, Payments for Clover in Sunnyvale. You will help extend Clover’s payments leadership, collaborating with UX researchers, designers, and engineers to create new payment capabilities, ensure compliance, and guide product marketing and sales enablement.

You will translate customer and market insights into a robust roadmap, manage production issues, and contribute to large-scale deals while aligning with the broader Clover ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Familiarity with payments and financial technology (EMV, kernels, alternate payment methods).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and influencing skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Market Research: track payments industry trends, perform competitive analysis, and translate findings into roadmap insights.
• Product Strategy and Roadmap: build business cases for new payments features and prioritize deliverables.
• Product Delivery & Go to Market: collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and operations to deliver features and write detailed user stories.
• Product Performance: monitor adoption of features and diagnose production incidents.
