Job summary

Fiserv is seeking a Senior Product Support Advisor to align with Bank of America product families, with a primary focus on Clover. You will support end-to-end lifecycle activities, drive adoption, and contribute to the expansion of products offered to bank clients.

You will act as the primary liaison among internal teams, Bank of America, and technical resources to deliver enhancements, enable adoption, and resolve issues. On-site work and travel are required, with sponsorship restrictions noted.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in merchant payments or fintech products in client-facing roles.
• Experience collaborating with product, operations, and relationship teams to deliver product enhancements.
• Experience presenting product requirements and updates to senior leaders.
• Strong knowledge of merchant payments and POS solutions, with Clover experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, Bank of America stakeholders, and technical resources to drive product enhancements and issue resolution.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Clover hardware, software, and SaaS solutions.
• Build partnerships with the bank and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of product needs and value-added services.
• Present product requirements and performance insights to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Engage with sales and relationship teams for opportunity assessments and sales support.
