Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sr. Training Specialist to deliver hands-on Cloud software training for public safety customers, across virtual and on-site environments.

You will tailor sessions for varying learner levels, from end users to system admins, and collaborate with the CommandCentral Training Delivery Team to ensure learning outcomes align with customer needs. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of technical training, public safety experience, and familiarity with Motorola software.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• CJIS background check required by customers.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff on complex software products and services.
• Conduct virtual and/or on-site training for CommandCentral software and integrations.
• Present training using Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides.
• Complete department reports within standards and deadlines.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders on training schedules.
• Create training materials and course content for products and services.
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
• Operate under supervision of the CommandCentral Training Team Manager.
