Job summary

CoreWeave seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs within its AI/ML Platform Services organization. You will partner with product, engineering, research, and infrastructure teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and high-performance platforms for the full AI lifecycle.

In this role, you will drive performance verification, benchmarking, observability, and readiness across hardware platforms and workloads, aligning stakeholders and delivering measurable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, HPC, or AI/ML platforms.
• Strong technical fluency in distributed systems and GPU/accelerator-based infrastructure.
• Experience leading large cross-functional programs and defining program metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program execution for performance and benchmarking initiatives spanning infrastructure validation, performance testing, benchmark execution, observability, and launch readiness.
• Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to verify new hardware platforms, clusters, and software environments meet performance and stability standards.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to operationalize benchmarking frameworks that measure model performance, runtime efficiency, GPU utilization, and workload reliability across environments.
• Coordinate dependencies across platform engineering, infrastructure, capacity, product, and GTM to translate findings into roadmap priorities and customer readiness.
• Build program mechanisms for release readiness, benchmark planning, risk management, escalation, and post-launch reviews for performance-sensitive initiatives.
• Establish dashboards, cadences, and success metrics to improve performance visibility and benchmark repeatability across new platforms.
• Help drive prioritization across bottlenecks, test gaps, and benchmark requests with clear goals and tradeoffs.
• Create clarity across ambiguous programs by aligning teams around performance goals and milestones.
