Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for remote work with hybrid on-prem to AWS designs. The role guides architecture, integration, security, and verification across multiple technical domains in regulated environments.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with ECS, EKS, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and a strong DevSecOps toolchain. W2 benefits are included; U.S. citizenship and Public Trust clearance are required.

Qualificações

• Proven cloud architecture and planning across hybrid on-prem and AWS.
• Hands-on with ECS, EKS, and OpenShift (Kubernetes, Helm).
• Experience with regulated environments such as FISMA High or FedRAMP High.
• Security architecture with segmentation and SSP/ATO mapping.
• Networking expertise across ingress, ALB, WAF, PrivateLink, endpoints.
• On-prem to AWS migration of containerized workloads.
• AWS GovCloud and multi-account VPC design experience.
• DevSecOps toolchain including GitLab, Tekton, Argo CD, SAST/DAST/SCA.
• Scaled Agile collaboration across mixed teams.
• Familiarity with Java, microservices, REST, Linux/cloud-native.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical planning and cloud architecture for hybrid designs.
• Conduct platform trade studies and sizing across environments.
• Drive integration, verification, and fielding within security boundaries.
• Design security architecture and trust boundaries.
• Engineer networking patterns and private/public endpoints.
• Produce requirements, technical writing, and papers.
• Provide system design guidance to developers and testers.
• Lead hardware and software integration for Java/microservices.
• Apply DevSecOps practices including SBOM and image signing.
• Incorporate AI for coding, tests, and analysis.
