Eon is seeking a Senior Support Engineer to join a global team delivering exceptional technical support. You will troubleshoot customer issues using logs, networking, system administration, and create scalable solutions through automation.

This role includes on-call coverage for after-hours, holidays, and weekends, with EST working hours. You will work with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP), read or debug code in Go, Python, or JavaScript, and collaborate across teams to resolve complex

• 5+ years of hands-on, technical experience in customer support, technical support, system administration, or related customer-facing role.
• Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) and debugging code in Go, Python, or JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical customer support for the Eon product.
• Troubleshoot issues using logs, networking, and system administration.
• Escalate technical or strategic cases as needed.
• Coordinate incident management requests with product or engineering teams.
• Design scalable support solutions through automation.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours, holidays, and weekends.
