Job summary

Eon is seeking a Senior Support Engineer to join a global team delivering exceptional technical support for the CBPM platform. You will troubleshoot complex customer issues, leverage logs, networking, and system administration, and contribute to scalable, automated support solutions.

You will participate in on‑call rotations and collaborate with product and engineering to resolve incidents while enhancing documentation and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on, technical experience in customer support, technical support, system administration, or related customer-facing role.
• 2+ years experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Reading or debugging code in Go, Python, or JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical customer support experience for the Eon product.
• Troubleshoot customer issues using logs, networking, system administration and collaboration with teams.
• Identify cases that require escalation and coordinate with product or engineering.
• Create, maintain, and coordinate incident management requests to product or engineering.
• Design and implement scalable support solutions through automation.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for after‑hours, holiday, and weekend coverage.
