Job summary

Crusoe Cloud is seeking a Solutions Engineer to help enterprise customers deploy AI/ML workloads on Crusoe's GPU infrastructure. Based in New York City, you will run technical discovery, deliver demos and PoCs, and ensure customers land successfully on the platform.

This hands-on role involves building environments, troubleshooting workloads, and growing toward owning the technical win end-to-end. Full-time in NYC.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building, deploying, or operating cloud infrastructure with AI/HPC/GPU workloads.
• Hands-on with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience deploying containerized workloads with Kubernetes or Docker
• Strong Linux CLI skills and scripting in Python or Bash
• Networking fundamentals: VPCs, subnets, load balancers, DNS, routing
• Clear technical communication and ability to write usable docs
• Customer-facing instincts and bias toward follow-through

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical demos and PoC environments for customers evaluating Crusoe Cloud with defined success criteria.
• Support technical discovery with Account Executives, map stakeholders, gather requirements, and handle objections.
• Deploy and troubleshoot containerized AI/ML workloads on Kubernetes-based stacks, optimizing performance and cost.
• Assist customers in migrating workloads from AWS, GCP, or Azure to Crusoe infrastructure and discuss tradeoffs.
• Document product gaps and bugs with clear engineering reproduction steps and relay feedback to Product.
• Ensure smooth post-sale handoffs with transition docs and Day 1 summaries for customer success.
