Oracle's OCI Storage division in Nashville is seeking a Senior Core Infrastructure Engineer to help design and deliver a high-performance, massively scalable file storage platform powering AI/ML, HPC, and enterprise workloads.

You will collaborate with product management and senior architects to deliver scalable storage solutions, mentor engineers, and ensure availability across a Tier 1 cloud service used by customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with distributed storage systems.
• Experience with high-performance, scalable storage platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver new capabilities for OCI file storage.
• Collaborate with senior architects to design scalable storage solutions.
• Develop and optimize features for high-performance, distributed file storage.
• Operate a mission-critical Tier 1 cloud service with strong SLAs.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.
