Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE engineer to support cloud-based products migrated from on-prem to AWS. You will collaborate with Development, Business and Platform teams to keep our SaaS offerings stable, scalable and secure, while optimizing automation, observability and performance across production environments.

The role requires strong hands-on skills with Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, CI/CD with GitOps (ArgoCD/FluxCD), AWS services, and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of industry experience; 1+ year in associate level or external equivalent.
• 70% Ops / 30% Development DevOps focus preferred.
• Strong experience with containerization and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitOps (ArgoCD/FluxCD).
• Experience with Terraform and IAC best practices.
• Proficiency with AWS services and security best practices.
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Experience with monitoring (CloudWatch) and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Development, Business, and Platform teams to manage products running in AWS Cloud.
• Work in Agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) to coordinate delivery and deployments.
• Enforce Cloud best practices and AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Design and implement scalable, reliable solutions across cloud environments.
• Improve observability and automate operational workflows end-to-end.
• Lead migration of on-prem applications to AWS Cloud and SaaS offerings.
• Drive strategic initiatives for efficient, secure, and high-performing cloud infrastructure.
