Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a DevOps/Cloud Engineer to manage products in AWS and drive cloud-first initiatives. You will partner with Development, Business, and Platform teams in an Agile setting to enhance automation, scalability, and security across cloud environments.

Ideal candidates bring strong scripting, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps experience, with a focus on observability, performance, and reliable SaaS delivery. Remote-friendly with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of industry experience, typically with 1+ years in an Associate level or external equivalent.
• 70% Ops and 30% Development mix in DevOps favored.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point for products and underlying infrastructure in AWS.
• Work in Agile methodology using Scrum and Kanban.
• Enable development teams with cloud best practices including AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, reliable solutions.
• Improve observability end-to-end for applications in the cloud.
• Migrate on-prem applications to AWS Cloud and support hybrid environments.
• Lead strategic initiatives for seamless product integration and performance.
