Job summary

ICU Medical Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, CloudOps to support a multi-account AWS environment hosting healthcare-oriented applications and analytics platforms.

You will bridge infrastructure engineering, production support, and cloud modernization across microservices, with on-call rotations and strict HIPAA/HiTrust compliance. Remote work is allowed with state restrictions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on AWS Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Production workloads experience in Linux/AWS environments.
• Direct on-call rotations and incident response experience.
• Healthcare HIPAA/HiTrust-compliant infrastructure experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-account AWS Organization (35+ accounts) and core services.
• Support production deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Monitor system health with Datadog, CloudWatch, and Zabbix; perform root-cause analysis.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response.
• Maintain HIPAA/HiTrust compliance, IAM policies, and network segmentation.
• Support Java Spring Boot and Python apps in containers; prepare for Kubernetes (EKS) modernization.
