Job summary

ICU Medical Inc. seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, CloudOps to optimize a multi-account AWS environment hosting healthcare-oriented apps and analytics platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of AWS/DevOps/SRE experience in healthcare environments preferred.
• Experience with Linux administration and scripting (Python, Bash).

Responsibilities

• Manage 35+ AWS accounts and core services (EC2, ECS/Fargate, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, API Gateway, Aurora/RDS).
• Support deployments and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and CodePipeline; automate with CloudFormation.
• Monitor health with Datadog, CloudWatch, Zabbix; perform root-cause analysis and reduce noise.
• Participate in on-call rotations; manage incident response and failover validation.
• Maintain HIPAA/HiTrust compliance and IAM security posture; enforce network segmentation.
• Support Java Spring Boot and Python apps in containers; align with Kubernetes modernization (EKS).
