Job summary

ICU Medical Inc. seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, CloudOps to optimize a multi-account AWS environment hosting healthcare analytics. You will bridge infra engineering, production support, and cloud modernization for complex microservices.

You will participate in incident response, on-call rotations, and CI/CD workflows while advancing containerization and EKS adoption. Strong Linux, AWS, and HIPAA/HiTrust experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 7+ years of AWS/cloud engineering or SRE experience.
• Healthcare/ HIPAA-HiTrust regulated environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-account AWS Organization and core services (EC2, ECS/Fargate, Lambda, S3).
• Support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation (Python, Bash, CloudFormation).
• Monitor health with Datadog/CloudWatch/Zabbix and perform root-cause analysis.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response for production systems.
• Advance HIPAA/HiTrust security posture with IAM and network controls.
• Support containerized apps (Spring Boot/Java, Python) and future Kubernetes modernization.
