Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Manager for Media & Entertainment within TMEGS to help customers migrate to the cloud and craft modern, cloud-native solutions that align with strategic business goals.

You will work with sales, solution architecture, support, product, and partners to deliver end-to-end customer engagements, drive adoption, and ensure governance and measurable outcomes across complex programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership and program execution.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills through all levels of an organization including C-Suite.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of cloud computing technologies to unlock opportunities for customers.
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.
• Assist customers in identifying use cases for priority adoption of AWS and best practice implementations.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Manage time efficiently and coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
