You will combine technical expertise with strong project leadership to drive successful AWS-based implementations and align customer outcomes with technical solutions. The role requires a TS/SCI security clearance and hands-on experience in enterprise IT engagements, agile leadership, and program management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
• Current, active TS/SCI US Government Security Clearance.
• 7+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements experience.
• Experience in leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale.
• 7+ years of project/program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
• Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning.
• Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes.
• Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomes.
• Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions.
• Contributing to technical documentation and define documentation standards.
