Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) ProServe is seeking a Sr. Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects. You will blend technical credibility with strong project leadership to ensure customer outcomes using Well-Architected and CAF frameworks.

Candidates must hold a TS/SCI clearance and have extensive enterprise IT program experience. You will guide cross‑functional teams, map customer needs to technical requirements, and manage risks to deliver successful AWS-based

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
Current, active TS/SCI US Government Security Clearance
7+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements experience
Experience in leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale
7+ years of project/program management experience

Responsibilities

Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects
Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning
Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes
Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomes
Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions
Contributing to technical documentation and define documentation standards
