Strong knowledge of AI/ML, edge workloads, security, and cloud-native networks.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical advisor for Telco and Media customers on their cloud transformation and AI adoption journeys.
Design and architect large-scale, distributed systems spanning on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-native environments.
Guide customers on generative AI use cases - including agentic voice systems, intelligent network operations, subscriber personalization, and AI-powered customer care.
Drive business engagements to develop technical strategies for complex enterprise and telco workload migrations (5G core, OSS/BSS, RAN, media streaming).
Collaborate across AWS teams (Specialist SAs, ProServe, Product, Partners) to drive and shape repeatable solutions for telco and media outcomes.
