Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Principal Solutions Architect to design, build, and automate AWS cloud infrastructure in a DevSecOps environment. Lead IaC, EKS orchestration, and secure pipeline development to empower development teams.

Candidates will advance CI/CD, security practices, and automation, while guiding junior staff and collaborating with stakeholders. A TS/SCI clearance is required for this federal role.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience with cloud and software engineering technologies.
• Experience with Terraform or IaC tooling at scale.
• Deep experience with Amazon EKS and container orchestration.
• Strong AWS IAM, security best practices, and network knowledge.
• Proven CI/CD pipeline design across Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CodePipeline.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix, Git, and GitOps workflows.
• DoD 8140 certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable, secure cloud environments in AWS.
• Architect and automate infrastructure using IaC and EKS.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines with security integrated.
• Create automation scripts (Python/Go/Bash) for operations.
• Mentor teams and promote best practices and Git workflows.
• Evaluate new cloud-native tech and drive adoption.
