Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect for Advertising and Marketing to drive cloud adoption across enterprise customers. You will educate, design, and build cloud solutions while aligning with sales to exceed revenue objectives.

You will lead architectural discussions, author technical content, and mentor peers in a fast-paced, customer-first environment. A strong emphasis on collaboration, communication, and travel readiness is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology experience in software, cloud, or infrastructure domains.
• 3+ years of design/implementation/consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years in IT development or consulting in software or Internet industries.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with business and technical stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Lead deep architecture discussions to design AWS-based cloud solutions.
• Author and contribute to AWS customer-facing publications and PoCs.
• With sales, formulate and execute a strategy to exceed revenue through AWS adoption.
• Build relationships with customers to enable cloud advocacy.
• Share best-practice knowledge within the AWS solutions architect community.
• Travel is expected to be 20%.
