Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with 3+ years in software design and architecture (.NET).
• Strong problem-solving and ability to troubleshoot complex issues and learn large codebases.
• Polyglot development experience across Python, Go, Erlang, JavaScript/TypeScript with fluency.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core and Azure cloud stack development is a must.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and automation testing.
• Familiarity with cloud security principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and deploy scalable cloud-based applications using C#/.NET and client-installed agents.
• Lead platform integration and troubleshoot issues to inform technical decisions.
• Monitor and optimize performance, scalability, and cost efficiency of services.
• Collaborate with PM, UX, architecture, and customer support to incorporate feedback.
• Mentor other engineers and promote best practices in security, testing, and automation.
• Drive improvements in development and automation processes, including E2E testing and security scans.
• Contribute to shared code, tooling, and platform-wide techniques.
