Job summary

WRA is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer to build in-house IT & cybersecurity functions. You will own Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and endpoint management for a distributed 100-person workforce.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of direct experience supporting a hybrid/remote workforce.
• Experience managing Azure Virtual Desktop and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Proven high-trust, autonomous work style.
• Ability to automate IT processes with PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Own Azure infrastructure including VDI, patching, backups and performance.
• Administer Entra ID and SSO with conditional access.
• Manage Windows and Mac endpoints via Intune or similar.
• Develop automations with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Collaborate with Director to implement cybersecurity capabilities.
• Document changes and maintain runbooks.
• Support IT operations and incident response.
