Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 years of direct experience supporting a hybrid/remote workforce of 50+ employees as an engineer.
• Comfortable working fully remote with travel to California offices 1–2 times per year.
• Demonstrated history of performing duties in a high-trust IT role.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage Azure environment including Azure Virtual Desktop, backups, patching, and performance tuning.
• Administer Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) and Entra ID governance.
• Implement authentication, conditional access, and device management across endpoints.
• Develop automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to reduce manual tasks.
• Collaborate with Director and stakeholders to mature Claude AI implementations.
