Job summary

Workstreet is seeking a Senior Engineer, Cloud Security to design and deploy secure cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will build reusable Terraform modules, implement identity lifecycles, and automate security operations to protect client environments.

You will own security architectures, lead architectural workshops with client teams, and drive remediation efforts while aligning with NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, and CMMC requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on security builder with track record deploying security infrastructure and managing secrets.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native security controls and IAM least privilege implementation.
• Proficient in Terraform with module versioning and state management.
• Ability to translate compliance requirements into technical controls across multi-cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Engineer security via IaC using Terraform and CloudFormation for IAM and networking.
• Deploy multi-account AWS architectures and Azure hub-spoke patterns.
• Architect identity and access management with RBAC, ABAC, and federated identities.
• Remediate cloud misconfigurations and automate patching and drift corrections.
• Build automated security operations pipelines using Lambda, Azure Functions, and GitHub Actions.
• Configure native cloud security stacks (GuardDuty, Security Hub, Defender for Cloud) for SIEM ingestion.
• Design networks, VPCs, security groups, and encryption using KMS and Key Vault.
• Implement NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, and CMMC controls in cloud environments.
• Lead client workshops and ownership across multiple engagements.
