Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a security engineer to strengthen infrastructure, application and cloud security. You will review designs, implement controls and support audits across hybrid environments.

The role requires 4+ years in security engineering, hands-on Kubernetes, scripting (Python/Bash/Terraform) and experience with security systems and networks. Travel may be minimal; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in security engineering focusing on infrastructure, app and cloud security.
• Hands-on Kubernetes (K8s) and container security in production.
• Proficient scripting/automation (Python, Bash, Terraform or similar).
• Experience building and maintaining security systems in cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Familiarity with web apps, networks and related protocols.

Responsibilities

• Review designs and implementations to assess security posture and advise architecture.
• Develop automation to integrate security tooling across platforms.
• Design and implement infrastructure security controls for servers, cloud, and containers.
• Support audits and customer/vendor assessments with required documentation.
• Operate and improve network protection, access control, and monitoring.
