Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a security engineer to review designs, build automation, and implement infrastructure security controls across cloud and on-premises environments. You will contribute to audits and ensure robust protection for servers, containers, and networks.

The role requires 4+ years of security engineering experience with Kubernetes, scripting, and cloud know-how. Occasional travel within the US may be required, with visa sponsorship not available at this time.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in security engineering focusing on infrastructure, application and cloud security.
• Hands-on experience securing Kubernetes and container platforms in production.
• Proficiency in scripting/automation (Python, Bash, Terraform or similar).
• Experience with security systems including firewalls, IDS, log management, and authentication systems.
• Experience with cloud and on-prem environments and networking technologies.

Responsibilities

• Review system design and implementations to assess security posture and provide architecture recommendations.
• Develop automation using Python and other tools to integrate systems.
• Write documentation including policies and procedures for networks, containers, and cloud.
• Design and implement infrastructure security controls for servers, cloud environments, and container platforms.
• Support customer and vendor audits and external-facing security requirements.
• Address network protection, access control, and security education initiatives.
