Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to protect our infrastructure and cloud environments. You will work with multiple teams to implement strong security controls, perform threat modeling, and help automate security across the enterprise using Python and other tooling.

You will review designs, run vulnerability programs, and contribute to compliance initiatives while supporting audits. Travel may be required; a BS degree and 4+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in security engineering with focus on infrastructure, application and cloud security.
• Hands-on experience securing Kubernetes and container platforms in production.
• Proficiency in scripting/automation (Python, Bash, Terraform or similar).
• Experience building and maintaining security systems in Cloud and on-premises environments.
• Experience with firewalls, IDS, log management, and authentication systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to promote strong security controls and perform architectural reviews.
• Review designs to assess security posture and advise on architecture from threat modeling.
• Develop automation using Python and other tools to integrate systems.
• Oversee vulnerability scanning across networks, containers, and cloud environments.
• Contribute to compliance efforts (HiTrust, ISO 27001) from a security perspective.
• Support audits from customers and vendors.
