Job summary

Compass is seeking a Senior Security Engineer, Cloud Security, to lead secure-by-default security engineering across our cloud platforms and applications. You will automate security requirements, build scalable controls, and partner with engineering teams to harden our security posture across AWS and Azure.

You will work with CNAPP tools, container environments (Docker/Kubernetes), and security events to drive safer, more reliable product delivery with strong customer trust.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in security, with 2+ years in cloud security.
• Strong knowledge of AWS IAM, EC2, VPC, container services.
• Experience with CNAPP or similar cloud security tools.
• Proficient in Python or Go for automation.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to communicate complex security risks clearly to diverse audiences.
