Dark Wolf is searching for a Cloud Systems Operation Engineer to maintain, secure, and optimize cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will handle Tier 3 maintenance, automate routine tasks, and ensure regulatory compliance and secure, resilient operations.

The role focuses on working with AWS, patching (IAVA/KEV), POA&M management, STIG compliance, and secure image hardening. Expect collaboration with security teams and engineers to integrate updates without downtime.

Formación

• 5+ years of cloud operations, cloud engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on AWS experience.
• Experience building/maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitLab.
• Tier 3 technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Experience applying security remediations, IAVA/KEV patching, and POA&M management.
• Strong STIG compliance knowledge and hardened images.
• Experience scripting/automation for routine maintenance.
• US Citizenship and active Top Secret security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier 3 maintenance and advanced support for cloud systems and infrastructure.
• Execute monthly and emergency system patching, addressing IAVA and KEV.
• Lead vulnerability remediation across cloud environments and input for POA&M.
• Ensure STIG compliance and manage hardened system images.
• Automate maintenance and onboarding tasks to improve efficiency.
• Build/maintain CI/CD pipelines for patching and configuration management using GitLab.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to minimize service disruption.
