Job summary

Dark Wolf Solutions, LLC is seeking a Cloud Systems Operation Engineer to maintain and secure our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will perform Tier 3 maintenance, automate routine tasks, and ensure environments remain compliant with STIG standards, IAVA/KEV patching, and POA&M input.

You will build, secure, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, collaborate with development and security teams, and tackle challenging operational and security problems for our customers. U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud operations experience.
• Hands-on AWS experience.
• Experience building GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Tier 3 technical support and root cause analysis.
• Experience applying IAVA/KEV patching and POA&M management.
• Strong STIG compliance and hardened images knowledge.
• Experience scripting and automating maintenance tasks.
• US Citizenship with an active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 maintenance and advanced support for cloud systems and infrastructure.
• Execute monthly and emergency system patching addressing IAVA and KEV.
• Drive vulnerability remediation and input for POA&M.
• Ensure continuous STIG compliance and manage hardened images.
• Automate routine maintenance tasks and onboarding processes.
• Build, secure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for patching and config management using GitLab.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to avoid service disruption.
