Cox Automotive seeks a Senior Lead Cybersecurity Architect to define standards and patterns for secure multi‑cloud and on‑premises environments. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to establish governance, drive secure design patterns, and lead incident response initiatives.

The role requires deep cybersecurity expertise, experience with AWS/on‑prem deployments, and strong stakeholder communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years of experience; alternative combos exist.
• Minimum of 4 years focused on cybersecurity.
• Practical expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure and on‑premises environments.
• Articulate cybersecurity policies to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong writing, customer service, and executive presentation skills.
• Collaborate with Cox entities’ cybersecurity teams to implement best practices.
• Evaluate risks and recommend actions based on impact and likelihood.
• Knowledge of zero trust, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, virtualization and containerization.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Fortune 1000 environments.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27000, NIST, FFIEC) and regulations.
• Collaborate with AI agents to create, validate, and assess architectural artifacts.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in designing AI‑enhanced solutions; establish AI standards.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and recommend cybersecurity policies, standards, and guardrails.
• Lead groups to define cybersecurity guidelines across product and enterprise architecture.
• Develop secure design patterns adopted by engineering teams.
• Contribute to governance patterns, policies, and standards beyond cyber topics.
• Provide complex risk analyses and propose innovative solutions.
• Ensure smooth, scalable release processes with cross‑functional teams.
• Define guardrails for secure pattern adoption with business and engineering teams.
• Participate in security events and incident response to close design gaps.
• Research emerging security trends and technologies for enhancements.
• Collaborate with data users and stakeholders to embed security in decisions.
• Incorporate governance, risk, and compliance into standards across the organization.
