Cox Automotive seeks a Senior Lead Cybersecurity Architect to shape principles, standards, and design patterns securing multi-cloud and on-premises environments. You will lead cybersecurity strategy across product and enterprise engineering, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and report to the Senior Director of Cybersecurity Architecture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years of experience; alternative combinations allowed.
At least 4 years focused on cybersecurity.
Proven ability to articulate cybersecurity policy objectives to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Identify and recommend cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and guardrails.
Drive cybersecurity guidelines across product and enterprise architecture groups.
Develop secure design patterns for engineering adoption.
Contribute to governance patterns, policies, and standards beyond cybersecurity.
Provide complex risk analyses and innovative solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable release processes.
Define cybersecurity guardrails with business and engineering teams.
Participate in security events and incident response to identify gaps.
Research emerging security trends and technologies for appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure security is embedded in decisions.
Incorporate vulnerability management, governance, risk, and compliance into standards.
