Job summary

Amazon Web Services is seeking an experienced security solutions architect to help customers migrate workloads to the cloud with a focus on identity and access management and securing generative AI applications.

You will design and implement workforce and customer IAM, provide security guidance, and collaborate with AWS teams to promote secure, compliant deployments while mentoring sales and solutions architects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience with applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industry.

Responsibilities

• Design and build workforce and customer identity capabilities independently with Amazonians, partners, and customers.
• Provide security expertise and support for customers implementing generative AI technologies, ensuring secure and compliant deployments.
• Design and build solutions to automate security, risk, and compliance on AWS.
• Develop high-quality technical artifacts such as automation tools, reference architectures, and white papers to help customers, partners, solution architects, and consultants build secure solutions.
• Convey cloud computing security, risk, and compliance best practices to AWS customers.
• Collaborate with other AWS teams to influence and drive adoption of security, risk, and compliance products.
• Mentor AWS sales and solutions architecture teams regarding security to build field skills.
• Represent AWS at trade events by delivering security presentations and workshops.
• Travel as required (up to 20%).
