Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Seattle seeks an experienced security identity professional to help customers migrate workloads to the cloud and secure generative AI applications using IAM Identity Center, IAM, Cognito, and related services.

You will design scalable identity solutions for workforce and customer identities, advise executives, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive secure cloud adoption. Travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above in computer science, computer engineering, or related field, or STEM equivalent.
• Hands-on technical expertise designing and implementing security for AI and agentic workloads.
• Experience communicating with executive level stakeholders or clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and build workforce and customer identity capabilities
• Provide security expertise and support for customers implementing generative AI technologies
• Design and build solutions to automate security, risk, and compliance on AWS
• Develop high-quality technical artifacts, such as automation tools, reference architectures, and white papers to help our customers, partners, solution architects, and consultants build secure solutions
• Work with AWS customers to convey cloud computing security, risk, and compliance best practices
• Work with other teams within AWS to influence and drive adoption of security, risk, and compliance products
• Provide mentorship across AWS sales and solutions architecture teams regarding security to build skills in the field
• Represent AWS at trade events by delivering security presentations and workshops
• Some travel required (up to 20%).
