Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Solutions Architect to accelerate our growing business within the World Wide Public Sector.

You will own the technical engagement, define architectures, respond to RFPs, and guide customers toward scalable EdTech cloud solutions using AWS services including AI/ML and Generative AI. You will work with a world class sales and business development team, mentor peers, and contribute to best-practices knowledge across the AWS solution architect

Qualifications

• 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical engagement and ultimate success around specific implementation projects.
• Define implementation architectures and respond to RFPs.
• Develop a deep expertise in AWS technologies, with emphasis on AI/ML and Generative AI services.
• Mentor and share best-practice knowledge within the AWS solution architect community.
